This childbirth intensive class teaches you the fundamental information about the birthing process. Understanding informed choice, benefits, risks and alternatives, common interventions, and evidence based choices to explore your birth preferences. Developing skills for communication with your provider, the stages of labor, purpose of movement in birth, discussion of comfort measures and techniques for birthing, the birth partner, immediate postpartum period, and more.

This is a complete childbirth course that also teaches self-hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques for childbirth. Hypnobabies allows you to remain deeply relaxed and change positions; being as mobile as you would like to be during childbirth. Hypnobabies is known for creating more comfortable labors. This class teaches the family how to prepare for the postpartum time and gain confidence in their abilities to care for their newborn. What to expect during the postpartum recovery, expectations of life with a newborn, suggestions for your postpartum plan, baby care topics (diapering, swaddling, bathing), and more.

This class teaches the partner how to provide the most support during the birth and how to work together We also go over comfort techniques, movement and position changes in labor. If you are planning to have your partner as your main support person during labor or hiring a doula but want your partner to an active part of the birth, this class is for you!

Interested in learning about homebirth or planning a home birth? A positive focus on normal labor at home with a homebirth team, partner support and roles especially during labor and after, stages of labor, support, movement, comfort, what to expect, etc), waterbirth, exercises with your partner to build confidence and trust in each other, the physiological and emotional process of birth, what happens in case of a hospital transfer, the immediate postpartum period and more.

Private session offering research based information to build confidence and knowledge to help you decide whether VBAC is right for you. Prepare for a positive experience no matter how , choosing a VBAC friendly provider, be a participant in decisions, factors that influence outcomes, pelvic biomechanics, interventions, medical and natural pain relief options, how to prepare for VBAC, physical/emotional support through pregnancy and birth, and more. Keli is an advanced certified VBAC doula.
